About the Role:

Camp Beaumont Day Camps is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team for our Activity Day Camp. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of children in various activities, including archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts & crafts, and more.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of children in various activities
  • Assist with the planning and organization of activities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in training and induction programs

About You:

  • Minimum age of 17
  • Available to work during school holidays
  • UK/EU citizen with right to work IDs
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Passion for working with children
  • Ability to work independently
  • Awareness of child safeguarding (training provided)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior camp experience
  • Childcare qualifications (Level 2, 3, PGCE)
  • Paediatric first aid certification
