About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Key Worker to join our dedicated team in our older persons support service in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a real focus on working with customers on their journey to independence using a strength-based trauma-informed approach.

Our team works closely together, and the service is busy where each day is different and varied. We have a legacy that spans over 50 years of providing great quality housing and a broad range of services to communities in the Sheffield City Region.

Requirements:

  • You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs and risks our customers experience and a commitment to helping customers develop and identify their goals.
  • You have enthusiasm about helping others, be approachable and encouraging with customers to achieve their goals.
  • Possess a positive "Can Do" solution-focused attitude to fit in with a team and help our customers identify their strengths and build on them.
  • You will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to apply for this role.
