Strategic HR Partner

  • Salary - £47,487.59 per annum

  • Hours - Full time, 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities of the Strategic HR Partner

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all human resource activities are in line with our organizational values and policies.
  • Guide and mentor People Advisors, offering expert advice on intricate employee relations matters.
  • Oversee workforce planning efforts, assisting managers with talent management, succession planning, and performance evaluation.
  • Facilitate and support HR initiatives, including TUPE processes, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Deliver strategic insights through People Analytics and actively engage in operational discussions.
  • Ensure adherence to CQC standards, GDPR, and legal obligations, minimizing risks within the HR function.

Skills and Experience Required for the Strategic HR Partner

  • CIPD Level 7 Chartered Member or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR advisory roles or business partnering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Outstanding communication and report writing skills.
  • Experience in managing TUPE processes, addressing complex employee relations challenges, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
  • Commercially astute with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
