Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of farm management, including bird welfare, productivity, and daily operations.
  • Supervise a small team and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain accurate records related to birds, food, and supplies, and report on hatching egg numbers, maintenance issues, and bird welfare.
  • Ensure that all hygiene procedures are followed to company standards, minimizing environmental impact and complying with quality audits.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven people skills and team leadership experience.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • A passion for poultry farming and a commitment to maintaining high standards of bird welfare.
