Role Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing stimulating activities that encourage physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

  • Establishing strong connections with parents and guardians, keeping them updated on their child's development.
  • Overseeing and mentoring other Early Years Educators in the room.
