**Key Responsibilities**
- Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with Relm Insurance's business objectives and brand voice.
- Conduct market research to identify target audience needs, preferences, and trends within the specialty insurance industry.
- Define content goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for measuring success.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and create informative and valuable content for our audience.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
- Create and maintain competitive content in partnership with Competitive Marketing and support the infusion of competitive differentiation into all content.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure content aligns with company initiatives and supports lead generation and customer retention efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to outsource content production when necessary, ensuring quality and consistency.
- SEO and Analytics:
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Brand Consistency and Compliance:
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring content meets legal and ethical standards.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
