    • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Brand Consistency and Compliance:
    • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring content meets legal and ethical standards.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
