About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Export and Shipping Coordinator to join our team. As an Export and Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the import and export of goods, managing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the import and export of goods, including customs clearance and shipping documentation
  • Manage sales orders, including processing and tracking shipments
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and warehousing, to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customer information
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics, export, or shipping coordination
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software
