Marketing Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic team at PKF Smith Cooper. As a Marketing Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a range of marketing activities, channels, and systems, while gaining practical experience in the marketing and events industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and website content.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written materials, to promote our brand and services.
  • Design and produce branded documents, such as flyers, brochures, and posters, to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our content across different digital channels to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve future marketing activity.
  • Assist with organizing and delivering events, including internal events, team socials, seminars, and webinars.
  • Work with colleagues across the company to assist with marketing needs and ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A logical approach to work and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • An interest in marketing and events and a desire to start a career in the industry.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (English at grade 6 and above).
