Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Management Senior Leader to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 2 years in Project Management or Project Engineering
- Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Experience in collaborating with a small team to establish new Project Management methodologies
- Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects, from initial proposal to production and delivery
- Ensuring projects are completed within the agreed timeframe and budget
- Creating comprehensive work schedules, resource allocations, and project plans
- Managing scheduling, cost estimation, and quality assurance
- Conducting risk assessments to mitigate potential issues
- Maintaining communication with clients to provide updates on project status
- Involvement in procurement processes for project needs and supplier follow-ups
- Preparing necessary project documentation and technical drawings
- Ensuring all project objectives are achieved
