Job Title: Asbestos Report Checker / Administrator

Our client, a leading Asbestos Consultancy, is seeking an Asbestos Report Checker / Administrator to join their busy office. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking reports for accurate technical information, using internal systems to input incoming jobs, and liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proof read reports provided by site staff, ensuring technical accuracy and rectifying any mistakes prior to sending to clients.
• Use internal systems to accurately and efficiently input incoming jobs and relevant information.
• Liaise with clients to confirm work to be carried out.
• Arrange sufficient accommodation for site staff.
• Raise purchase orders upon completion of work.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment within an established Asbestos Consultancy.
• Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent would be beneficial to the role for report checking.
• Excellent IT / Microsoft office skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to solve issues efficiently.
