Assistant General Manager Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to lead our team at Turtle Bay Restaurants in Staines. As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an unforgettable Caribbean Good Time experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and support your team to develop their skills and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage stock and inventory, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Hold pre-shift briefs and team check-ins to ensure everyone is aligned and motivated
