We are seeking a skilled Domestic Appliance Specialist to join our team at Dixons Carphone. As a key member of our White Goods Repair Team, you will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, and fixing a range of domestic appliances in customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of domestic appliances to identify faults and implement effective repairs
- Provide expert technical knowledge and guidance to customers on the maintenance and repair of their appliances
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, managing your time effectively to meet customer needs
- Contribute to the development of our reputation as a leading home services provider
- Proven experience in repair or installation of domestic appliances, including electric or electro-mechanical products
- Demonstrable basic competence in electrical theory and practice
- Ability to handle heavy domestic appliances safely and efficiently
- Full valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
