We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Commis Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge, working alongside experienced chefs to create delicious meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, following recipes and kitchen procedures
  • Develop your culinary skills and knowledge, working under the guidance of experienced chefs
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues
  • Participate in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and a passion for cooking
  • Excellent team player and communicator
  • Committed to the apprenticeship and willing to learn and develop your skills
  • DBS required

What We Offer:

  • Hourly rate of £11.44 per hour
  • Full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 2:30pm
