Program Structure
Throughout the program, you will participate in three distinct rotations, each lasting six months, within critical areas of our organization:
- Integrated Supply Chain (ISC): Gain a comprehensive understanding of our operational and logistics processes, collaborating with teams to ensure timely production and distribution of our vehicles.
- Sales: Develop insights into sales operations, customer management, and marketing strategies while supporting our presence at industry events.
- Aftermarket: Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by relaying feedback and insights across departments to improve service delivery.
