Lorien is seeking a skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain & Procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy to support the Digital Supply Chain Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a communications plan to engage stakeholders and promote the programme's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Programme Office and Programme Leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication of programme updates and progress.
  • Design and deliver engaging communications campaigns to inform, motivate, and inspire stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.
  • Manage and maintain approved programme narratives, key messages, and communications blueprints to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify and leverage effective communication channels to deploy messages to senior stakeholders and the business, ensuring a global and local perspective.
  • Coordinate the deployment of communication campaigns to engage stakeholders and impacted business communities for adoption of DSC ways of working.
  • Design and deliver programme engagement events to foster strong stakeholder engagement through two-way interactions.
  • Lead Comms leads for programmes and Category/Function teams to effectively localize and cascade DSC communications to intended communities.
  • Introduce and leverage the power of data and analytics capabilities to measure the effectiveness of communications and take remediation actions as needed.
  • Collaborate and align with Programme Thread teams to incorporate key messages on behavioural/cultural changes into learning content and the wider communications community to achieve goals.
  • Support the DSC Programme Leadership Team in performing engagement activities.
  • Where required, manage third-party service providers in their communications remit and own progress reporting and issues removal deliverables for the DSC programme.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated in a relevant business or subject.
  • Extensive experience in planning and managing communications campaigns and creating content that successfully supports people through change for complex transformational projects, ideally ERP/IT-enabled.
  • Track record of working with or managing third-party providers to steer, input, and collaborate to achieve project goals as one team.
  • Excellent skills in programme communication content development.
  • Experience in stakeholder event delivery and operating with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate communication channels and ability to innovate to generate excitement and increase engagement.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills and ability to effectively target and tailor the message and medium to various audience groups to achieve intended outcomes.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and ability to deliver high-quality communications in compressed timelines.
  • Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans and communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Viva Engage, Teams, etc.).
