Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Policy Manager to join our team. As a Credit Policy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing credit control and collections across multiple entities with a high volume of live customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee credit control and collections across multiple entities with a high volume of live customer accounts.
  • Follow the company's collection procedures to minimize bad debt and ensure timely invoice collections.
  • Keep a close eye on customer credit limits and spending.
  • Set up new customer accounts and run credit reports as needed.
  • Produce reports on overdue accounts to make collection calls and suspend deliveries.
  • Follow company procedures for high-risk customers, changes in ownership, business closures, and liquidation/administration.
  • Assist in initiating legal proceedings when necessary.
  • Provide ad-hoc accounts admin support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in credit control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
