Quality and Environmental Specialist Job Overview:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Quality and Environmental Manager and play a crucial role in the execution and oversight of the Quality Management Framework. Key responsibilities include evaluating quality and environmental metrics, generating reports for performance assessment, and performing internal audits.

We seek a proactive individual with excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in environmental studies, quality assurance, or a related discipline, alongside expertise in Sharepoint and PowerBI.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and upkeep of the Quality Management Framework.
  • Evaluate quality and environmental metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Conduct internal audits related to quality and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with process stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate Quality and Environmental training programs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Professional certification in Environmental or Quality Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in process mapping, Sharepoint, and PowerBI.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Environmental Advisory positions.
