About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team at Unicorn Resourcing Limited. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating a strong sales pipeline with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research target accounts and personnel to effectively carry out prospecting activities that generate a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Product Understanding and Communication: Understand and communicate the value of our High-Performance KVM products for each customer use case.
  • Partner Development: Develop close working relationships with local distribution and reseller partners.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute prospecting activities and promotions around new product launches, events, and other initiatives.
  • Lead Qualification and Progression: Qualify and progress new sales opportunities, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-through.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships with Territory Managers and the Marketing team.
  • Customer Engagement: Host face-to-face meetings with customers at events and visit reseller sales floors.
  • Technology Utilization: Fully utilize CRM and other technology tools to maximize effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience working in a B2B sales environment.
  • Language Skills: Native German ideally, but you must be fluent/bilingual in German.
  • Desire to Succeed: Strong desire to succeed in technology sales and advance to field sales roles.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to gain prospects' attention through unique and insightful contact using telephone, e-mail, and other communication tools.
  • Sales Development Skills: Demonstrated confidence, persistence, and curiosity required for sales development.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of prioritizing and managing time effectively.
  • Team Player: Positive team player with excellent communication skills and telephone presence.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to stretch beyond office hours when necessary.
