About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supportive personal care, including bathing and showering, as needed
- Offer companionship and social interaction, such as visiting the coffee shop, hairdressers, or accompanying clients to appointments
- Assist with household tasks, ensuring the client's safety and well-being
- Engage in friendly and responsive communication, building trust and rapport with clients
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care and support
Requirements
- No specific qualifications are required, but a level of understanding of care support is essential
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Compassionate and empathetic, with a passion for delivering high-quality care
