We are seeking a talented and visionary Unreal Engine Visual Artist specializing in Architectural Visualization to join our dynamic team. This role emphasizes creativity and artistry, requiring a strong passion for interior design and meticulous attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities
As a member of our dedicated team of creatives, developers, and producers, you will contribute to the creation of exceptional visualization and technology solutions that enhance customer experiences, collaboration, and communication.
The Unreal Engine Visual Artist will engage in an ambitious 3D content pipeline, utilizing their creative CG skills in architectural visualization, home styling, and lighting to generate stunning 3D stills and video content.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience with Unreal Engine, crafting photorealistic interior environments using advanced techniques. A deep understanding of texture and material creation through tools like Substance Painter and PBR scanning methods is essential, along with familiarity with 3DS Max and offline rendering.
We are looking for an artist who can interpret briefs and leverage their creative and technical expertise to produce exquisite photorealistic interior and product imagery. A solid interest and knowledge of real-world architecture will be advantageous.
You will collaborate closely with our team of creatives and CG generalists to interpret creative briefs, manage layout, look development, and lighting to ensure we meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Objectives and Deliverables
- Produce top-quality assets, images, and animations for highly realistic, furnished interiors.
- Develop shaders and materials.
- Design the interior layout of assets within room scenes.
- Establish and refine lighting styles.
- Execute visual renders according to briefs.
- Collaborate with producers to ensure all renders meet product specifications prior to handover.
- Verify that all files delivered to the Retouch and Development teams are pre-checked and free of render errors or data quality issues.
Essential Skills
- Ability to manage a diverse range of asset and material variants based on client specifications.
- Exceptional lighting and texturing capabilities.
- Expertise in photoreal shader development utilizing contemporary techniques.
- Strong grasp of color theory.
- Good artistic skills, including proportion, color, and composition.
- Ability to effectively complete assigned tasks under tight production deadlines.
- Strong creative and technical skill set.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
Software Proficiency
- Proficient in a major Digital Content Creation (DCC) software package.
- Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine.
- Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Substance Painter/Designer.
- Familiarity with 3DS Max and offline rendering is a plus.
