Associate Director - Civils

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our London-based civils team as an Associate Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, fee proposals, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civils projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement project delivery strategies to meet client expectations
  • Manage project budgets and finances to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civils project delivery and management
  • Strong understanding of highway standards and street design
  • Proficiency in software tools such as SUDS and WinDES
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
