We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Dietitian to join our team on a locum basis. As a Community Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of dietetic service to clients referred to the community-based dietetic service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored dietary advice underpinned by theory and bring about patient-centred lifestyle changes to improve health
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as an autonomous practitioner within the Trust to ensure the highest possible standards of practice
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training programs to clients and healthcare professionals at the primary care level, using current evidence-based resources
- Participate in outcome evaluation to direct service development
- Must be HCPC registered
- NHS experience is preferred but not a must
