About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Hove. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Teach new life skills and encourage individuals to access their local communities
  • Support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide a welcoming and friendly environment

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license
  • Resilience, flexibility, and composure in your approach
  • Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
