Rough Sleeper Outreach Team Manager

We are partnering with a Local Authority in Enfield to support the appointment of a Rough Sleeper Outreach Team Manager on a 3-month contract, with potential for extension. If you're interested, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance targets and quality control measures for the team, ensuring they are met.
  • Set clear objectives and conduct regular supervisions to support team members.
  • Foster effective communication among staff through regular team meetings and briefings as needed.
  • Induct new staff and plan ongoing development for existing staff, ensuring Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) are completed.
  • Manage team workload to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading the development of street or community outreach services, supervising staff, and supporting skilled outreach practitioners and volunteers.
  • Proven ability to deliver and administer an assertive case management approach, motivating complex and diverse client groups to engage with support.
  • Ability to establish relationships with services and develop pathways to facilitate positive change for clients.

Important Notes:

  • You must be available to start immediately or at short notice.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • This role requires a basic DBS check.
