Nugent is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Child Care Workers at Lime Grove Cottage, a newly established residential provision.

At Lime Grove Cottage, we provide exceptional care to children and young people facing mild to moderate learning difficulties, physical disabilities, neurodiversity, or mental health challenges. Our mission is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where each child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Your Role as a Child Care Worker:
  • Deliver outstanding care, treating every child with dignity and respect.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes well-being and personal growth.
  • Implement best practices in childcare, ensuring a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary ranging from £23,425 to £25,641 per annum, or pro-rata for part-time hours.
