Job Title: Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to manage day-to-day shop operations, drive sales growth, and train and develop a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shop operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Train and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work closely with the Shop Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • Background in retail management, preferably in a food environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high level of service to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
