Role Summary:

This full-time, permanent position offers flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing philanthropic contributions and nurturing vital relationships with donors, alumni, and funding bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure significant funding, targeting £1.5 million through diverse fundraising channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong philanthropic connections with distinguished alumni and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Implement a comprehensive and purpose-driven fundraising strategy.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and the broader community.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and monitor key performance indicators for fundraising initiatives.
  • Expand the donor prospect pool to support the institution's strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of fundraising strategies, particularly in major gifts and legacy giving.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving seven-figure income targets annually.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on nurturing valuable relationships.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the power of philanthropy and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations that lead to substantial contributions.
