Build immediate trust with clients and foster relationships at senior levels. Serve as the go-to expert for project-related inquiries and provide advisory services to clients, including drafting business cases for proposed BPC implementations and Finance & IT strategies.
Commercial Leadership:
- Contribute directly to team success by ensuring high client satisfaction and identifying new client opportunities.
- Support the commercial team in preparing complex proposals that meet client needs, occasionally leading negotiations.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance project account values and ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
- Define project roles, responsibilities, and secure necessary resources for successful implementation.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring quality and managing issue resolution and change requests.
- Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
