Job Requirements

  1. Visiting sites and delivering complex Fire Risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Providing complete and competent fire safety advice to clients, including identifying solutions to fire safety-related problems.
  3. Liaising with clients to provide fire safety advice and support the preparation of documents, policies, and procedures.
  4. Conducting Health and Safety audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Supporting the development of fire safety strategies and plans to mitigate risks.
  6. Keeping up to date with current legislation and regulations related to fire safety and health and safety.
  7. Participating in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  8. Achieving a higher level in your register of competent fire risk assessors or gaining initial status.
  9. Liaising with stakeholders to assist with business client advice activities.
