Internal Communications Manager

**About the Role**

The Talent Crowd is seeking a skilled Internal Communications Manager to join our Marketing team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a compelling communications strategy that showcases our employer brand and supports our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement a fresh approach to internal communications, including revamping our intranet to engage colleagues and highlight company news
* Create a regular drum beat of communication to inform and enlighten colleagues about business areas and company news
* Collaborate with stakeholders to create internal communications plans that align with wider business objectives
* Develop our employer brand to support recruitment efforts
* Work with our Marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in managing internal communications for a medium to large business, ideally in professional services
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams
* Flexibility to travel to offices across the UK when required
