• Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer data and sales figures

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and implement new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth

**Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience in an optical or related role

• Strong knowledge of eyecare and optical products, including lenses, frames, and contact lenses

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
