Therapy Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapy Support Worker to join our Orthopaedic Team at the Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital. As a key member of our therapy team, you will work closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and support therapists on the wards to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in regular in-service training provided by therapies and other multidisciplinary team members to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to service development and new projects to ensure best practice in patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the therapy team to achieve our vision of 'great healthcare from great people'.
