Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time with potential for hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring that construction projects involving concrete frameworks are executed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing resources, including personnel, finances, and physical assets, to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring financial aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards in line with the company's operational framework.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their expectations and requirements.
  • Utilizing P6 software to develop project schedules that are detailed enough for operational teams to execute effectively and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Candidate Profile

This position is ideal for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree).
  • Hold Chartered Membership with the Institution of Civil Engineers, APM, or an equivalent body.
  • Have substantial experience managing high-value projects from the pre-construction phase through to delivery.
  • Demonstrate the ability to define project requirements and lead teams to achieve desired outcomes in terms of quality, cost, and schedule.
