About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients in relation to their private client matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with the administration of estates, both alongside senior colleagues and independently
  • Drafting Wills, relevant letters of wishes, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills
  • Assisting with the establishment, administration and wind up of family Trusts and Charities, including personal injury Trusts
  • Advising on Inheritance Tax and other Capital Tax planning
Person Specification
  • Experience of working in a Private Client Team is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to engage in, and be committed to ongoing professional development and guidance
