Job Title: Interim Asset Manager

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Interim Asset Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension to 12 months.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically managing the housing association's operational and non-operational assets to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the housing association's HRA asset management strategy to support long-term financial objectives.
  • Assess and identify assets suitable for redevelopment, re-designation, and remodelling.
  • Manage departments within the asset management team to streamline performance and deliver major refurbishment and redevelopment projects within allocated time and budgets.

Requirements:

Candidates with prior housing association or local authority experience and asset management experience within their recent work history are highly desirable.
