Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Education Team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting teachers and teaching assistants to find suitable job opportunities, developing relationships with schools, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Teachers and Teaching Assistants: You will work closely with teachers and teaching assistants to understand their job requirements and preferences, and provide them with tailored job recommendations.
  • Developing Relationships with Schools: You will build and maintain relationships with schools, gaining a deep understanding of their plans, work environment, and culture.
  • Identifying New Business Opportunities: You will identify areas for new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and market research.
  • Advertising Roles and Qualifying CVs: You will advertise job openings and qualify CVs to ensure the best candidates are presented to schools.
  • Presenting CVs and Applying a Consultative Approach: You will present the most suitable CVs to schools and apply a consultative approach to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the school.
  • CV Searching and Registrations: You will search for and register suitable candidates for job openings.

Requirements:

  • Driven and Motivated Individual: You must be a driven and motivated individual with a 'winning' attitude.
  • Willingness to Learn: You must be willing to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong Written and Communication Skills: You must have strong written and communication skills to effectively communicate with teachers, teaching assistants, and schools.
  • Positive and 'Can Do' Attitude: You must have a positive and 'can do' attitude to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
  • Graduate or Equivalent: A graduate or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
