We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Line Cook to join our esteemed Culinary Team .
Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will collaborate with Sous Chefs in the preparation and presentation of culinary delights, maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen.
As a Line Cook, your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing scales, timers, and probes to ensure consistency in food preparation.
- Adhering to established recipes and methods as communicated.
- Practicing environmental awareness and striving for minimal waste in operations.
- Managing and overseeing your designated section.
- Ensuring proper stock rotation and ordering through appropriate channels.
- Participating in the creation and refinement of dishes across all dining outlets, setting high standards.
- Fairly managing work schedules to meet both guest and business needs.
- Attending monthly communication meetings.
- Engaging in nightly briefings with the Sous Chef.
- Providing regular feedback to team members on their performance.
- Overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Sous Chef.
- Upholding discipline within the kitchen department.
- Monitoring the training and development of junior kitchen staff and evaluating their progress.
- Ensuring proper storage and labeling of food items and equipment in all kitchen areas.
- Taking on additional responsibilities in the absence of senior staff.
- Performing various duties as assigned, including working in different departments or restaurants as needed.
- Being knowledgeable about services offered to assist guests, visitors, and colleagues.
- Responding promptly to the needs of guests, employees, and visitors.
- Assisting new team members in acclimating to the workplace.
Who are we looking for?

- Relevant experience as a Line Cook or a high-performing Junior Cook.
