Geophysicist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geophysicist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Geophysicist, you will be responsible for working on risk assessment, site safety, soil and core logging, site preparation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure site safety
  • Log and analyze soil and core samples
  • Prepare sites for projects and manage project timelines
  • Mentor junior staff and develop reporting skills
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in geology, archaeology, or geophysics
  • Good site work knowledge and capabilities
  • Degree in geology, civil engineering, geophysics, archaeology, or geoscience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel with work
