Job Title: Test Manager

Expleo is seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to join our team. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of test plans, ensuring that our software meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement testing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • ISTQB certification
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
