Your Role
As a trainer at Aspire Training Team, you will be the primary contact for learners, delivering exceptional training and fostering strong relationships with both learners and employers. This has contributed to our outstanding reviews from Ofsted, NCFE, and Matrix.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Education or equivalent, along with significant experience in the Early Years/Education sector.
- Familiarity with E-Learning Portfolios and a passion for delivering high-quality training.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks.
- Proficiency in IT.
- A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 and functional skills up to Level 2.
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (e.g., A1, CAVA) are advantageous, or a willingness to pursue these qualifications.
