Role Overview

The Construction Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all facets of construction on our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely project completion while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to promote efficient workflow and timely task completion.
  • Track project progress against established schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to guarantee superior workmanship and compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Facilitate effective communication among the site team, corporate office, and other stakeholders.
Quality Assurance

Ensure that all work is executed to the highest standards and in accordance with applicable building regulations and codes.

Resident Relations

Address any resident inquiries or issues that may arise during the construction process, ensuring a positive experience for future homeowners.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Supervisor in residential building, with a solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and direct a diverse team of professionals.
  • Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction management, health and safety, and project management (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
