Art Installation Technician

Halcyon Gallery, a leading international art gallery, is seeking an experienced Art Installation Technician to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hanging artwork using various installation methods on diverse wall compositions
  • Handling artwork and installations with care and consideration
  • Packing and unpacking artwork for shipping, including crate management
  • Administering artwork using our database (training provided)
  • Logging and reporting damaged pieces
  • Delivering art to customer sites
  • Maintaining gallery appearance and daily tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience handling, hanging, and installing artwork
  • A minimum of an "A" level standard of education
  • Qualification to work in the UK and ability to travel internationally
  • Driving license beneficial but not essential
  • Knowledge of warehouse machinery useful
