The Role:
In the capacity of Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role within our Delivery function, meticulously analyzing cost plans and generating economical estimates for a variety of developments.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Evaluation:
Scrutinize cost plans provided by Costing Managers to guarantee that estimates align with business objectives.
Budget Formulation:
Collaborate with colleagues to synchronize budgets with construction strategies.
Tender Development:
Compile take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and tender adjudication documents. Present the basis of tenders, key assumptions, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Engage with various departments within Watkin Jones to assess drawings, specifications, and client needs, ensuring adherence to BSI/ISO building regulations.

We are in search of a confident and seasoned estimator with a comprehensive understanding of the estimating process from inception to completion.
