About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to join our team at Allan Recruitment. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our conveyancing solicitor, ensuring the smooth operation of residential transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the conveyancing solicitor, including preparing documents and updating files.
- Conduct searches via the Land Registry and maintain accurate records.
- Typing and audio transcription services as required.
- Filing and general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary within conveyancing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
