Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the design and execution of innovative solutions to intricate challenges within our AWS ecosystem, emphasizing automation and the optimization of processes for the effective delivery of new functionalities.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to propel initiatives from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring seamless handover and ongoing support.
  • Provide guidance within the Outcome Team and agile delivery squads, mentoring engineers, shaping strategic direction, and fostering technical creativity.
  • Develop and implement migration and capability roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to promote operational excellence, security, and adherence to quality engineering standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud engineering and solution architecture, particularly with public cloud environments.
  • Strong skills in scripting, DevOps tools, and full-stack development.
  • Excellent communication abilities to convert business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
  • A broad technical background that includes enterprise technologies and cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven collaboration and influencing skills to achieve shared goals.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and a strong interest in new technologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and their application within engineering practices.
