Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring the service to meet their needs.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury venue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems, preferably Open Table.
  • Leadership and delegation skills, with the ability to train and mentor the reception team.
