Daily Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, verification, storage, picking, packing, presentation, and dispatch in accordance with company protocols
- Adhere to all specific instructions regarding material handling and storage, including shelf life, FIFO, and hazardous materials
- Conduct all tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks with precision
- Accurately scan all materials in and out of locations to maintain inventory integrity
- Ensure proper handling of all materials to safeguard their quality, including appropriate packaging and preservation
- Operate within safe working systems in compliance with Wincanton's Health & Safety regulations
- Utilize both customer and Wincanton IT systems effectively
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
