Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to build and replenish display units, maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising throughout the store.
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the development of in-store displays and promotional materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and effective in driving sales.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle (dependent on location).
