Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team in a local authority based in Plymouth. As an Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice in relation to Employment Law, policy, governance, and appearing as an advocate for the Council in Court and at tribunals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own Employment law caseload from start to completion
  • Deal with matters in relation to Employment Law regarding both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Advise on TUPE and a broad range of other employment issues for clients
