Position Overview:

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting shopping environment through effective leadership and management of your designated area. Your focus will be on motivating and coaching your team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring that our customers' needs are always at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring our teams consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop team members through internal training programs to support their career growth and our business expansion.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant operational environment for all staff and customers.
  • Achieve financial targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Support various retail management tasks as needed.
  • Assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail setting.
